Jimi Hendrix 1967 - New limited edition

The Archive is very pleased to release a new fine art, limited edition photograph of Donovan’s 1967 portrait of Jimi Hendrix.

Hendrix is photographed, swathed in and surrounded by his treasured colourful textiles, in his temporary home at 43 Upper Berkeley Street in London on the 27th August 1967. This is the first time the image has been released for purchase and we have worked very closely with Metro Imaging, a specialist photographic print studio, to ensure the portrait is restored to its original vibrancy and printed to the highest archival, museum-quality standards.

The image is available in three sizes, each photograph is numbered and signed by the photographer’s wife and is accompanied by a certificate of authentication.
